Refund and Return Policy

1. Returns:

Eligibility: Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. They must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Non-returnable items: Certain items like personalized products or items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned.

2. Process:

Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team to request a return authorization. Provide your order number and reason for return.
Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or the return is due to an error on our part.
Inspection: Once we receive your return, it will be inspected. If approved, a refund will be processed.

3. Refunds:

Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return is processed.
Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges:

Policy: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If you need a different item or size, please return the original item and place a new order.
